PROFILE / KEY SKILLS
- Bac +4/5 in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Law, IT
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a customer management position or an IT position would be an asset
- Be 28 years of age or older
They must have:
- Good knowledge of customer accounting
- Good understanding of the functioning of ERPs (JDE, SAP)
- Good understanding of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Good ability to manage and lead a team
- An excellent ability to communicate in English and French
- A good sense of collaboration and results-oriented
- A good level of autonomy in tasks and a good sense of anticipation

ACTIVITIES
- Control the switch from sales detail to accounting and income reconciliation
- Ensure the correction of invoicing errors, and other customer discounts/discounts,
- Ensure the setting of customer selling prices
- Ensure the transmission of accounting documents to customers (invoices, account statements, VAT withholding certificate, credit note invoices from remuneration, etc.)
- Manage online Customer care (Customer service on social networks)
- Manage customer service communications through various channels (mail, SMS, Calls, WhatsApp) Report on interactions with customers and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Fix bugs and malfunctions related to invoicing
- Periodically check the configuration of customer accounts
