  • Monitor billing compliance
  • Ensure the processing of interactions with customers


  • Bac +4/5 in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Law, IT
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a customer management position or an IT position would be an asset
  • Be 28 years of age or older

They must have:

  • Good knowledge of customer accounting
  • Good understanding of the functioning of ERPs (JDE, SAP)
  • Good understanding of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Good ability to manage and lead a team
  • An excellent ability to communicate in English and French
  • A good sense of collaboration and results-oriented
  • A good level of autonomy in tasks and a good sense of anticipation

  • Control the switch from sales detail to accounting and income reconciliation
  • Ensure the correction of invoicing errors, and other customer discounts/discounts,
  • Ensure the setting of customer selling prices
  • Ensure the transmission of accounting documents to customers (invoices, account statements, VAT withholding certificate, credit note invoices from remuneration, etc.)
  • Manage online Customer care (Customer service on social networks)
  • Manage customer service communications through various channels (mail, SMS, Calls, WhatsApp) Report on interactions with customers and customer satisfaction KPIs
  • Fix bugs and malfunctions related to invoicing
  • Periodically check the configuration of customer accounts
