About the Job

• We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to help improve our customers’ experience and onboarding processes.
• You will also be involved in providing support and implementing business growth strategies. We will train you on our specific onboarding processes and business operations to better arm you with product knowledge.
• However, you should have some experience in business management, particularly with customer support systems, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software systems.
• You will coordinate with the Sales team lead and will play a vital role in improving customer satisfaction upon reviewing the customer’s journey.
• We would love to have you on board if you can help build long-term business relationships and bring in targeted businesses.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop client portfolios
• Improve and sustain business growth
• Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience
• Implement specific strategies for both sales and customer service

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent command of the English language
