Bac + 4/5 Computer science. Management, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, Law or Sales
At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar position
Êìre Aged 28 and over

he/she must have:

Good knowledge of the functioning of ERPs (JOE. SAP)
Good understanding of customer relationship management
A good MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
Good ability to communicate in English and French
A good level of autonomy in tasks and a good sense of anticipation
A good sense of collaboration and results-oriented
The spirit of teamwork

ACTIVITIES

Ensure compliance of customer account balances with order processing
Ensure that collection authorizations for all sales are entered before closing operations
Monitor Sales reconciliations (especially those made outside the systems)
Ensure the preparation and availability of customs files (export)
Arbitrate if necessary on "opportunity of processing orders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer order service
Set up all reporting necessary for customer order activities
Ensure the resolution of Iléeg customer complaints to Front Office activities
Supervise and coach front oåice teams
propose innovative solutions to the functioning of the front office
