When planning new sites, achieve the most effective design of RF installation which will satisfy the demand of the market while delivering satisfactory return on investment.
For planning sites, consider installation cost, market requirements and expected traffic, environmental management in accordance with legislation and knowledge of the existing Radio Access Network.
Specify Hardware and Software requirements for implementation.
Ensure drive tests outputs related to site integration are in accordance with the quality and coverage requirements indicated in the SOW.
Make sure the equipment to be installed in radio network is tested and approved in accordance with internal specifications and the legislation.[WMT[MTP-D1]
Test and monitor performance.
Make sure all KPIs are on track and followed up with NPM, work done by NPM to be fully controlled and validated, making sure no degradation is brought in relation with NPS and financial lost.
Continually Monitor worst cells and make sure they are cleared by NPM.
Escalate network performance impacting issues with operation units.[WMT[MTP-D2]
Ensure the integrity of cell parameters within all technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G and Wimax) in the region, in accordance with internal standards and legislation requirements (TRB, Ministry) is respected.
Discuss with NPM and make sure best radio network parameters are applied.
Ensure that network quality is monitored on a continual basis and service levels remain within the predefined KPI’s[WMT[MTP-D3] .
Support other entities within the Company in view of achieving global company interests.
