Recruitment Notice: Regional Channel Manager CEMAC ZONE M/F. BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA is recruiting for one of its clients: Regional Channel Manager CEMAC ZONE M/F

Purpose of the position:
Support and support sales activities within the Corporate Sales Department in the South, North, and East regions, as well as in the countries Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, Chad and Congo.

To this end, the incumbent will have the following main activities:

•  Under the responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Director, be responsible for prospecting, promoting, marketing and selling the company’s products in the CEtv1AC zone.
• Ensure the recruitment of partners and customers in this area.
• Help his team members build positive relationships between multiple reseller partners.
• Balancing the diverse needs of its teams

Profile:

• Hold a BAC + 4 level diploma in Management, Sales, or Marketing,
•  Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial and/or marketing field;
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Be proficient in recruiting and building diverse teams in dynamic Organizations and developing talent to support business growth.
• Ability to build relationships and influence channel partners and other teams to deliver projects involving multiple internal partners.
• Ability to analyze and translate data into solutions, plans and strategies that support overall host country goals.
