In a context of growth, the senior salesperson will be responsible for:
- Develop his tour schedule, have it validated by his hierarchy and execute it optimally.
- Identify, identify, and recruit points of sale in its coverage area and ensure individual follow-up,
- Visit, prospect, and develop the turnover of customers in its portfolio on all of its products,
- Optimize customer orders through a methodical approach: inventory reading, order taking, promotion of promotional offers, early replenishment to avoid shortages, etc.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables from customers in its portfolio.
- Guarantee the perfect execution of quality standards or activation of a point of sale: availability of products, visibility of products on the shelves, respect of the recommended selling price, noticeable presence of Advertising material at the point of sale ( POS), absence of expired products on the shelves, etc.
- Create and maintain a privileged relationship with the clients of its portfolio in order to retain them.
- Ensure the systematic referencing of our branded products in its coverage area,
- Submit a daily, weekly and monthly report of its activities according to the format in force,
- Hold the consolidated and updated file of customers of all the channels for which he is responsible with contacts and addresses,
- Carry out market thermoses each week in order to follow the competition and market trends.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum academic level: Bac + 2 (BTS) in Commerce, Sales, Distribution or Marketing.
- Professional experience: At least 2 (two) years in a similar position.
- Minimum age: About 25 years old
- A/B driving license (an asset)
