Research/writer/headline generator for real estate farmland syndication company

I am in need of a research/writer/headline generator that can help me with my real estate syndication business.  We are in the agricultural farmland sector and are looking for someone who can help us regularly by creating topics, generating headlines, and making it so that we can use the content to engage people who are interested in investing in our real estate deals.  We would like for one large piece of content weekly with help breaking it down in order for it to be repurposed for social media and such.
