Senior Software Developer

Job Summary:
The software engineer will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development,
including creating and maintaining WordPress plugins.

Responsibilities and Duties:
? Designing and implementing new features and functionalities
? Creating and maintaining documentation of the work.
? Design & develop web-based applications using PHP/MySQL
? Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication.
? Delivering Scalable & easy maintain solutions using engineering best practices and relevant coding standards.
? Creating test cases for all the work developed
? Technical help in resolving the support requests

Qualifications & Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
? Candidate having 2 – 5 years of experience.
? Proven work experience as a WordPress developer is an add-on.
? Experience in creating WordPress plugins from scratch is an add-on
? Sound coding logic and analytical ability to design test scenarios and debug issues
? Keen interest in research about the latest web technologies and advancements
? Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and incorporate them into new offerings/solutions.
? Ability to work in teams.
? Ability to learn fast.
? Good communication skills

Job Requirement
Technical Skills:
? Knowledge of front-end technologies including MySQL, PHP, CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
? Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git
? Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats. (JSON, XML)
? Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
? Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
? Write efficient, robust, and reusable code while adhering to WordPress coding standards.
